<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus capable of suppressing the occurrence of a local offset, and an inkjet recording method. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording apparatus includes a processing liquid imparting apparatus for imparting a processing liquid having a function of coagulating or thickening ink, onto a recording medium; an ink imparting apparatus for ejecting at least two or more inks by a plurality of ink heads so that the inks are jetted in drops on the recording medium to which the processing liquid is imparted; and a heating-pressurizing apparatus for fixing the inks formed on the recording medium. In the inkjet recording method, when the in-plane average droplet amount of ink reaching first is Mx[pl] and the in-plane average droplet amount of ink reaching later is My[pl], expression (A): Mx+My<10 and expression (B): ¾Mx-My¾≤3 are satisfied, wherein 1≤x<y≤N, and N-kinds of inks are jetted in drops. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
