<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device of milk and/or a milk foam and a coffee maker equipped with such the dispensing device. <P>SOLUTION: The dispensing device (10) of the milk and/or the milk foam has a mixing device (11) which mixes steam, the milk and/or air. The mixing device (11) can alter flow of the milk and flow of the air by regulating a chamber (19), a first line (15) which supplies the milk into the chamber (19), a second line (16) which supplies the steam into the chamber (19), a third line (17), which supplies the air into the chamber (19), at least one drain port (30, 30.1) which delivers the milk and/or the milk foam from the chamber (19), and an adjustment shaft (22).
