<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for complementing restriction in capacity for simultaneous transmission of information with large capacity as auxiliary information in a data broadcasting system for broadcasting the auxiliary information using the VBI (vertical blanking interval) of a low information transmission capability. <P>SOLUTION: Broadcast information received from a broadcast network is temporarily recorded in the storage means of a broadcast receiving device, and a recording medium in which auxiliary information complementing the broadcast information is stored is set. The broadcast information and the auxiliary information are reproduced in predetermined timing in an interlocked manner.
