PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enabling a user who browses WEB content to easily refer to program content having a relation with the WEB content.

SOLUTION: A program content referencing device 2 includes: a storage means 21 for storing program content information and weight information; a feature vector generation means 23 for generating the feature vectors of text information and the feature vectors of program schema information; a similarity calculation means 24 for calculating the similarity of the feature vectors of the text information and the feature vectors of the program schema information; and an information output means 25 for outputting the location information of the program content whose similarity is high.
