<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which a complicated operation is unnecessary for setting a function of a post process. <P>SOLUTION: A digital multifunction machine 100 includes: a manuscript mount detecting unit 51 detecting that a manuscript is set; a manuscript reading unit 50 reading the manuscript; a digital multifunction machine body 10 forming an image on a recording sheet from the image data read out by the manuscript reading unit 50; a post processing unit 70 having a function of punching for binding the recording sheet having the image formed thereon or a plurality of binding functions for the recording sheet; and an operation display unit 40, which is started when the manuscript mount detecting unit 51 detects setting of the manuscript, and displays for selection of the function of the post process 70 or selection of not using the post process 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
