<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart vesicle itself with a specific-targeting function on aimed cells, to introduce vesicle's contents into cells with vesicle itself, and to impart vesicle itself with the cells-killing/injuring function, without including a medicament such as an anticancer agent in the vesicle, and without immobilizing a target substance against the aimed cells on the vesicle surface. <P>SOLUTION: A Span 80 vesicle, very low in phase transition temperature (near -40°C) and high in membrane fluidity, which is prepared from a nonionic surfactant Span 80, exhibits the intense membrane fusion function and the killing/injuring function against cancer cells.
