PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece changer, a superfinishing part and a superfinishing machine which can shorten an idle time by a simple and inexpensive mechanism, improve a working efficiency, rapidly change a set and improve an invest efficiency. SOLUTION: The superfinishing part 10 has the workpiece changer 13 including a swing arm 21 which intermittently rotates by holding a workpiece 11 by a pair of holding parts 25 provided at both ends and a linear moving mechanism 40 for moving the swing arm 21 so as to separate from or come close to a working part WP. The workpiece changer 13 includes a clamp lever 28 having one arm 28b abutting on the workpiece 11 to hold the workpiece by the holding parts 25, a cylinder device 34 which is arranged in the vicinity of a feed and discharge position SP and swings the clamp lever 28 to release the hold of the workpiece 11 and a stopper 36 which is arranged in the vicinity of the working position WP, abuts on and swings the clamp lever 28 to release the hold of the workpiece 11.
