PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system which enables a user to reserve prizes at hand at any time. SOLUTION: In a cellular phone 101 owned by a user, when the selection of a prize to be reserved to be exchanged from the prizes displayed on the basis of display data is received (SK29, SK30), a reservation request including the prize ID of the prize is transmitted (SK31). Processing of registering the prize ID corresponding to a reservation ID and transmitting a reservation registration completion notice including the reservation ID is performed in a prize management device 70 (SK33), and the reservation ID is stored in the cellular phone (SK37). When processing of receiving the reservation ID from the cellular phone is performed in a reservation establishment terminal 50 provided in a shop (SK42), processing for delivering the prize of the prize ID corresponding to the reservation ID to the user is performed in the prize management device (SK43).
