<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organism deodorant method in which water spray to the growth and development of microorganisms and the discharge of a decomposition product by the microorganisms is not indispensable in a decomposition and deodorant system of an odorous component using a biologic response. <P>SOLUTION: For a carrier which turns to a home of the microorganisms, vegetable organic substances such as bamboo chips, wooden chips or rice hull, and coffee grounds are used for all or partially.
