摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition for a solar cell electrode, which has a wide range of optimum firing temperatures in a firing process in the manufacturing of a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The paste for an electrode of a solar cell 10 includes a glass frit that has a glass composition consisting of 46 to 57 mol% of PbO, 1 to 7 mol% of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and 38 to 53 mol% of SiO<SB>2</SB>. The solar cell 10, which includes a light-receiving surface electrode 20 using the paste, has a wide range of optimum firing temperatures. The optimum firing temperature range for each manufacturing lot is, for example, widened to approximately 30 to 40°C. Therefore, fire-through properties are enhanced to improve the ohmic contact, resulting in an increased average output for each manufacturing lot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
