PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate an access speed to the recording medium of a first speed when the recording medium of the first speed and the recording medium of a second speed faster than the first speed are respectively mounted. SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a first recording medium mounting means on which a first recording medium is mounted, wherein a data transfer speed is the first speed; a second recording medium mounting means on which a second recording medium of the second speed is mounted, wherein a data transfer speed is faster than that of the first speed; and a control means which respectively accesses the second recording medium mounted on the second recording medium mounting means and the first recording medium mounted on the first recording medium mounting means. In the information processor, at least a portion of information recorded in the first recording medium mounted on the first recording medium mounting means is preliminarily recorded in the second recording medium mounted on the second recording medium mounting means.
