PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating superstructure facilitating disassembling and assembling upon transportation, and a crane. SOLUTION: The rotating superstructure is configured to have a power unit mounted to a front block 210, and a derricking unit mounted to a rear block 250 allowing a main frame 200 of the rotating superstructure 2 to be divided into the front block 210 and the rear block 250. By this, a live mast 4 can be separated from the front block 210 without separating the derricking unit from the live mast 4 and without detaching the derricking unit from the rear block 250.
