摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic piezoelectric body having superior piezoelectric characteristics and thermal stability for the piezoelectric characteristics, an ultrasonic vibrator, and to provide an ultrasonic probe having superior piezoelectric characteristics and stability at measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe 20 is configured to include: the ultrasonic vibrator 12 for transmission where an electrode 2 is attached to a piezoelectric material 5 for transmission on a backing layer 6; a substrate 7 on the ultrasonic vibrator 12 for transmission; an ultrasonic vibrator 13 for reception where which the electrode 2 is attached to an organic piezoelectric material 11 for reception on the substrate 7; and an acoustic matching layer 8 and an acoustic lens 9 on the ultrasonic vibrator for reception.
