摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control type magnetic bearing device without requiring time for an adjustment before magnetic levitation operation, without requiring to make a troublesome control gain table. <P>SOLUTION: This control type magnetic bearing device includes a pair of electromagnets 29Xa and 29Xb arranged so as to sandwich a rotary body 4 from both sides in the control axis X direction for supporting the rotary body 4 in a noncontact state by magnetic attraction force in a predetermined target position in the one horizontal control axis X direction. In this case, the control type magnetic bearing device includes a displacement detecting means for detecting displacement in the control axis X direction from a target position of the rotary body 4, and an electromagnet control means for supplying an exciting current composed of a constant bias current and a control current of changing by displacement of the rotary body 4 to the respective electromagnets 29Xa and 29Xb for supporting the rotary body in the target position. This electromagnet control means performs zero bias control for always setting a bias current to 0, and also performs simple adaptive control for negative feedback by gain of adaptively changing in response to the displacement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
