PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system and a printer, capable of getting collectively mismatch factors with individual jobs suspended thereby, when suspending the large number of suspension jobs for a long period, and capable of releasing efficiently the suspended state. SOLUTION: This printing system provided with a host device and the printer includes a printing job suspension means for suspending the printing job as the suspended job into the printer, when a printing condition of the printing job is mismatched with a set state of the printer, a releasing means for releasing the suspension in the printing job suspension means, when the mismatch factor is eliminated, and a suspended job rearranging means for displaying rearrangedly the suspended jobs in every condition with respect to the mismatch factors.
