PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation panel device wherein the surface of a photovoltaic power generation panel is hard to be exposed to the rain water. SOLUTION: Since each photovoltaic power generation panel 1 is provided with an eaves-like upper mirror 2, the rain water W runs over the back surface of the upper mirror 2 for discharge, so that it does not adhere to the surface of the photovoltaic power generation panel 1. Consequently, the surface of the photovoltaic power generation panel 1 is hard to contaminate, and degradation in the efficiency of power generation is prevented. The photovoltaic power generation panel 1 adjoins the upper mirror 2 without a gap, so that all sunlight L can be applied to the photovoltaic power generation panel 1, thereby preventing the degradation in the efficiency of power generation due to forming of the upper mirror 2.
