摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the discrimination ratio of a quality measuring instrument for measuring the quality of the measuring target fed by a conveyor on-line to sort the same. <P>SOLUTION: The quality measuring instrument includes a floodlight projector 21E for irradiating the fed measuring target with light, a receptor 21R consisting of a spectroscope for spectrally diffracting the transmitted light or reflected light from the measuring target and a spectroscopic quantity-of-light detector detecting the spectroscopic quantity-of-light of a necessary wavelength, and a quality measuring part 4 which is composed of a signal processing and control device 5 performing not only the operational processing and waveform analysis of the detection value of the spectroscopic quantity-of-light detector but also operational processing using a calibration curve for evaluating the quality of the measuring target. This quality measuring instrument is further equipped with the imaging part 2 on the upstream side of the quality measuring part 4 and an image processor 5 calculating the image analyzing data such as the direction, shape, size, color, region or the like of the measuring target using the image data of the measuring target imaged by the imaging part 2 and the image analyzing data is utilized when the quality of the measuring target is estimated by the quality measuring part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
