摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for estimating ventilating status and temperature status in a building with high accuracy by considering effects of heat transfer and heat generation in calculating ventilation circuit network. <P>SOLUTION: A typical constitution of this temperature and ventilation estimating system of the building is a system for estimating a temperature of each room in the building and ventilation volume between rooms or between the inside and outside of the building at an optional time. The system includes an input means for inputting house-by-house data including shapes and opening sections of rooms and weather data including a wind velocity and an outside air temperature, a calculating means for calculating the temperature and ventilation volume of each room at every interval of a prescribed time, and an output means for outputting the results of the calculation. The ventilation volume is calculated while considering the difference of air coming and going modes such as forcible ventilation, natural ventilation, and draft, the temperature of each room is calculated by heat coming and going quantities of each room while considering heat transfer accompanying with the air by ventilation, and the ventilation volume and the temperature are alternately calculated several times, and converged every time at every interval of the prescribed time, thus calculating the ventilation volume and the temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
