<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker equipped with a pan temperature detecting means capable of quickly detecting a point in a pan on a top plate near the highest temperature. <P>SOLUTION: Out of the adjacent coil windings of heating coils, an infrared detection element is provided under a point between an inner periphery-side coil and an outer periphery side coil formed by widening intervals between the windings, and a distance of the infrared detection element from the center of the heating coil is to be 45 mm or more and 55 mm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
