<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope device that obtains information on a part deeper than that in a conventional microscope device, and is suitable for observation on a deep part of a living body. <P>SOLUTION: Illumination rays having coherence are separated into two. The separated illumination rays are each modulated at different frequencies by a modulator 3. The separated illumination rays are made incident to an objective lens 9 via optical paths different from each other, and the illumination rays are focused at the same focal point by an objective lens 9. Interference light generated at the focal point is obtained via the objective lens 9, as return light, captured by a detector 16, and extracted by a band pass filter 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
