PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a call originator and a call terminator both cannot discriminate whether originating information can be correctly transmitted to a terminating side when speaking using a portable telephone terminal device, and cannot smoothly advance communication. SOLUTION: The portable telephone terminal device allows both parties to recognize that the originating information is not transmitted by comparing a sound volume of an originating voice with a surrounding sound volume of a disturbing sound, noise, etc., near an own terminal, discriminating whether an originated voice is correctly transmitted to a parter side, and transmitting the discrimination result to the originating side and the terminating side.
