PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor connecting structure that achieves downsizing of a connecting site of conductors, as well as reduction of the number of components, and with speed of wear restrained of a contact part between conductors accompanying their insertion and removal. SOLUTION: In the conductor connecting structure for connecting to a male terminal member a cable 6 consisting of a twisted-wire conductor 3 configured by twisting a plurality of strand conductors 2 and an insulating layer 4 formed at an outer periphery of the twisted-wire conductor 3, a protruded part 7 is formed by making the twisted-wire conductor 3 at an end part of the cable 6 protruded from the insulating layer 4, and at the same time, the protruded part 7 is made hollow by being expanded from the center of the end part, and has a cylindrical female terminal 5 formed for the male terminal member to be inserted into the protruded part 7. Further, at an outer periphery of the female terminal 5, a fastening member 8 is slidably provided for fastening the male terminal member by clamping the female terminal 5 at its connection with the male terminal member.
