PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorbing structure of a vehicle suppressing bending of a shock absorbing member on a connecting side with a skeleton member in relation to bending moment acting on the shock absorbing member accompanying a vehicle collision. SOLUTION: A vehicle front part structure 10 includes a front side member 12 extended in the vehicle longitudinal direction and a crush box 20 made of a CFRP (carbon-fiber reinforced plastic) and having one end of the longitudinal direction connected to a front end 12A in a front side member 12 direction. The crush box 20 has an orthogonal cross section to the longitudinal direction as a closed section and a part on a connecting side with the front side member 12 in the longitudinal direction as a reinforced part 36 reinforced from at least one side of a thickness direction.
