PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching member for a folded-plate roof, which can be easily and surely attached to a seam-type folded-plate roof, which includes at least both leg pieces expanded downward in an approximately gate-shaped cross section and both inward flange pieces protruded oppositely from the lower end of both the leg pieces, in the attaching member for a folded-plate roof wherein both the inward flange pieces are sandwiched between a roof board material-superposed base protruded from the top surface of the seam-type folded-plate roof by tightening both the leg pieces by screwing. SOLUTION: Claws 6 with a sharp leading end are formed at one-side leading ends of both the inward flange pieces 5 and 5, respectively; and recesses 7 corresponding to the claws 6 are formed at the other leading ends thereof, respectively.
