<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing machine and a screen printing method capable of preventing pattern holes from being filled with replenishing paste while not being sufficiently rolled and further preventing the generation of the loss of the paste because the paste sticking to a squeegee falls down onto the outside of an area where the paste can be scraped together. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The screen printing machine scrapes together the paste PT to a predetermined area (on the rear side clamper 21h) outside of a mask pattern MP, protrudes a nozzle section 27n of a paste feeding syringe 27 attached to a squeegee base 24p directly under the front side squeegee 24a spaced apart upward from a mask member 23, and discharges and feeds the replenishing paste PT1 from the paste feeding syringe 27.
