<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference frequency control circuit for suppressing the change of the oscillation frequency of an oscillator circuit which generates a reference frequency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A reference frequency control circuit includes: a frequency voltage converting circuit configured to receive an oscillation signal from an oscillator circuit, and output an output voltage corresponding to a frequency of the oscillation signal, the oscillator circuit being a circuit configured to oscillate at a frequency corresponding to a level of an input signal; and a control circuit configured to control a level of the input signal so that the output voltage is at a predetermined level.
