<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton lift servo driving device capable of freely setting the elevating/lowering operation at the timing with the feed of filling liquid through the servo drive, easily changing the setting as the kind of the carton is changed, and enhancing the changeability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a paper pack filling device for filling a paper pack by lifting up a carton 1 from a conveying passage immediately before filling beverage in the cylindrical carton 1, the lift-up is executed by the elevating/lowering operation of a servo mechanism.
