<p>The device (1) has a connecting pipe connecting a combustion chamber with an air exhaust pipe, and a heat exchanger arranged between the combustion chamber and the air exhaust pipe. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between exhaust gas present within the connecting pipe and air, which is utilized for heating a bakery oven downstream of the heat exchanger. Air inlet- and outlet openings (22, 23) are arranged at ends of the heat exchanger, respectively, where the ends are present remote and near from/to the heat exchanger and the combustion chamber, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a method for heating a bakery oven.</p> |
