<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch transfer medium which can easily transfer a patch to an object to be transferred and continuously proves to be mar-resistant and solvent-resistant for protecting the surface of the medium, despite the repeated rounds of its use, and further, consists of a cholesteric liquid crystal layer, a hologram, a colored reflecting pattern layer and a transparent reflecting layer contributing to a simple determination of genuineness. <P>SOLUTION: This patch transfer medium, delivering a patch which is obtained by a half-cutting process to cut a transfer material supported by a supporting material which is composed of a support base material and a releasable resin layer and supports the transfer material on the surface of the releasable resin layer, is characterized by keeping a transparent base material, the cholesteric liquid crystal layer, the hologram forming layer, the colored reflective pattern layer, the transparent reflective layer, and an adhesive layer laminated in that order from the releasable resin layer side of the supporting material.
