<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flattened soft magnetic powder having high magnetic permeability compared with the conventional material. <P>SOLUTION: A first heat-treatment is applied to the soft magnetic powder as the prepared raw material. Successively, the soft magnetic powder to which the first heat-treatment is applied, is flattening-treated. Further, a second heat-treatment is applied to the flattening-treated soft magnetic powder and thus, the flattened soft magnetic powder having high magnetic permeability characteristic, is obtained. The first heat-treatment temperature is desirable to be in the range of 200-1200°C. In the flattened soft magnetic powder, the total generating ratio of the respective generating ratios of (111) phase and (200) phase, is ≥15%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
