<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that business history is not utilized effectively. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus 100 for supporting financial product sales includes a storage device 10, and the storage device 10 has a history table 12 for storing business history of financial products with customers. Furthermore, the apparatus 100 for supporting financial product sales includes: a matching decision section 30 which extracts business history with a customer category of a customer from the history table 12 when the customer requests business of a financial product, and decides whether a level of matching with each sales person with the customer category is good or bad from the extracted history; a sales person selection section 40 which selects a sales person good in the matching with the customer category on the basis of the level of the matching; a display control section 50 which displays information of the selected sales person; and a history updating section 60 which updates the history table 12 in accordance with the result of business performed between the customer requesting business of the financial product and the sales person selected by the sales person selection section 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
