<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales system which has immediacy in sales of electronic data and prevents outflow of the electronic data, and to provide a server, sales terminal, sales method, program, and recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The sales system includes: the server which accumulates information for sales; and a sales terminal which is connected with the server through a network, and obtains and sells the information. The server includes: a reception means to receive a purchase request to the accumulated information for sales; and a transmission means to transmit the information which is requested to be purchased to the sales terminal.
