PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat board loudspeaker of a form installed on a ceiling, a wall etc. of a house, which can have flattened frequency characteristics inexpensively by controlling resonance generated on a diaphragm while suppressing a decrease in bass reproducing capability. SOLUTION: The flat board loudspeaker includes a frame, a flat plate type diaphragm provided at one end of the frame, a driving portion provided in the frame and coupled to the diaphragm to drive the diaphragm, and a back plate provided at one end of the frame on the opposite side from the side where the diaphragm is provided. The flat board loudspeaker is characterized in that the driving portion is coupled to the geometrical center of the diaphragm, and the back plate and diaphragm are coupled to each other through a coupling member provided in the frame.
