PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water control body installing device for eliminating the troublesomeness of taking-out work of a pipe cut-off means having a rod. SOLUTION: This water control body installing device is composed of a casing 2 having an opening-closing valve 2a, a work cylinder 11 water-tightly communicating with the casing 2 via the opening-closing valve 2a of an opening state, a pipe cut-off device 1 cutting-off a cut-off part of an existing fluid pipe in the casing 2 and stored in the work cylinder 11 via the opening-closing valve 2a, a driving extended shaft 106 detachably connected to the pipe cut-off device 1 and extended up to the outside of the work cylinder 11 so that the pipe cut-off device 1 can be moved, and a water control body inserted into the casing 2 via the opening-closing valve 2a from the work cylinder 11 and arranged in a cutting part of the existing fluid pipe. In the water control body installing device for installing the water control body in a constant flow state, an arranging part 56 capable of arranging the pipe cut-off device 1 is arranged in the work cylinder 11, and the driving extended shaft 106 can be removed from the pipe cutting-off device 1 in a state of arranging the pipe cut-off device 1 in the arranging part 56.
