<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power generation efficiency by recycling light which originally becomes a loss. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module 200 includes a front plate 22 on which light H0 is made incident, a packet layer 21 which transmits light H1 transmitted through the front plate 22, a solar cell 30 fixed with the packed layer 21, and receiving light transmitted from the packed layer 21 from a light receiving surface 12 and converting it into electricity, and a light recycling sheet 20 arranged at the back side of the solar cell 30 and having a reflecting surface 10 for reflecting the light H1 made incident from the front plate 22 to a periphery of the light receiving surface 12 of the solar cell 30. The light recycling sheet 20 has a facet R1 comprising a plurality of facet groups f1 in the same shapes, the width of the facet R1 is≤30 mm, and the width of the solar cell 30 is equal to or larger than the width of the facet R1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
