<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly perform a high-accuracy environmental load trial calculation. <P>SOLUTION: An environmental load conversion value of an unclear substance whose substance name is unknown or whose environmental load conversion coefficient is unregistered in an environmental load database 350 is performed with a trial calculation in an unclear substance environmental load trial calculation part 330 as follows. First, the environmental load conversion coefficient of the unclear substance is performed with a trial calculation based on an environmental load conversion coefficient of a known substance and unit prices of both the known substance and the unclear substance.
