<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which has excellent anti-crack and anti-scratch characteristics, is hardly broken when punched with a punching machine, and for which a protective sheet is unnecessary even when the optical sheets are solely laminated. <P>SOLUTION: The optical sheet is made by extrusion molding of a resin and formed a lens shape on at least one side face of the sheet.
