PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle for surely preventing the entry of mud water into the outlet of a breather communicated with a reducer chamber, wherein a transmission device constituting a power unit together with an engine consists of a transmission for speed-changing the output of the engine and a gear reducer mechanism for speed-reducing the output of the transmission and transmitting it to a rear wheel, and a transmission chamber storing the transmission and a reducer chamber storing the gear reducer mechanism and storing oil in the lower part are formed in a transmission case ranging from the engine body and extending sideways to the rear wheel. SOLUTION: A breather tube 114 is connected at one end to the transmission case 71 in communication with the upper part of the internal of the reducer chamber.
