PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of reducing difficulty of electrical design based on noise radiated from a connector. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus includes: a circuit board 70 with a reference potential pattern 73 formed on one-side surface 72; a conductive case member 60 having a plate-like base part 61 arranged on the one-side surface 72 side of the circuit board 70, and a rib part 62 formed protrusively from the base part 61 toward the reference potential pattern 73; a connector 74 arranged in the case member 60; and a cable 75 extending while straddling the inside and the outside of the case member 60, connected to the connector 74, and having a conductive part 77 on the outer surface. The rib part 62 has a facing part 63 arranged oppositely to the reference potential pattern 73, and the conductive part 77 of the cable 75 is electrically connected to the facing part 63 and the reference potential pattern 73 in a state sandwiched between the reference potential pattern 73 and the facing part 63.
