PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational angle detecting device that determines whether or not an output value of a magnetic detection integrated circuit is within a tolerance of a desired output value. SOLUTION: This rotational angle detecting device A includes a rotary member 1, a magnet 2 rotatable in association with rotation of the rotary member 1, the magnetic detection integrated circuit 3 that is disposed in a manner to face the magnet 2 and detects intensity of a magnetic field of the magnet 2 in accordance with the rotation of the magnet 2, and a circuit board 6 having the magnetic detection integrated circuit 3 mounted thereon. The circuit board 6 includes an identification mark 63 that is to be used for determining whether or not an output value accompanied with a mounting shift of the magnetic detection integrated circuit 3 is within a predetermined range.
