<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reproducer, etc., suitable for preventing the reproduction of loud sound by adjusting a volume after warning a user or automatically even when the loud volume is set when sound reproduction is restarted. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sound reproducer 301 includes: a reproducing part 302 for reading sound data when receiving a reproduction start indication from a control part 304, and starting the reproduction by the volume set in the reproducing part 302; a setting part 303 for receiving a volume indication and setting the indicated volume in the reproducing part 302; and the control part 304 for allowing the reproducing part 302 to reproduce or interrupt the sound in response to a reproduction start/interruption operation or the ON/OFF of a power source by the user.
