PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device capable of adjusting the color temperature of strobe light, without disturbing photographing by effectively giving light generated from a flashing light source to an object. SOLUTION: The stroboscopic device includes the flashing light source 12 and a reflecting mirror 13 and is configured such that flash light emitted from the flashing light source 12 and the light of the flash light reflected by the reflecting mirror 13 are emitted forward. Further, the stroboscopic device includes color distribution variable mechanisms (16, 17, 18 and 19) for changing the color distribution of the reflective surface of the reflecting mirror 13.
