PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the thickness of a diaper is increased thicker than the surrounding and the diaper becomes harder and lateral wrinkles are generated in the inner face of the interior body in an area where curved elastic members and the interior body overlap with each other. SOLUTION: In the pant type disposable diaper in which the curved elastic members 26, 28 extending from both the sides of a front body part F and the back body part B to sites where the curved elastic members overlaps with at least both the sides of the interior body 10 while curving so as to go to the opposite body part sides while going toward the center in a width direction are fixed to an exterior sheet 20 in an extending state, the diaper has crossing parts 70 where acute angle side crossing angle θ of the curbed elastic members 26, 28 and the longitudinal direction becomes 60° or less in the area where the curved elastic members 26, 28 and both the side parts of the interior body 10 overlap with each other in a state of developing the diaper, and the exterior sheet 20 and the interior sheet 10 are not fixed in the longitudinal range of 80% or more of the crossing parts 70.
