<p>The device has a pressure hose (12) with an expansion region (F) that is characterized with respect to a pressure-expansion characteristic curve. The curve comprises a linear elastic section, a rising volume of the expansion region and a progression region. The pressure hose comprises a throttle (14) that represents a narrow point in the hose. The expansion region and the throttle are co-ordinated such that pressure fluctuations caused by volume flow fluctuations lie in the linear-elastic section of the curve of the expansion region in a selected operational case. The pressure hose is designed as an expandable hose.</p>
