The system has a portal (10) with an interface (18) for allocating an identification number. A common processing unit (12) receives datasets from the portal via the interface and transmits requests for data of the datasets to the portal. The processing unit generates run datasets (22) from the datasets, where data of the run datasets are associated to local processing units (24). The processing unit tests integrity of the received datasets and transmits the requests for the data to the portal when the received datasets are not converted into complete run datasets. An independent claim is also included for a method for generating run datasets.
