PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet stool device capable of easily mounting or dismounting detachable parts constituting a functional device. SOLUTION: This toilet stool device is provided with a rear side base plate 41 being mountable on an upper face of a toilet stool body 2 and fixing a room heater 50 on it and a cover 10 having a side face part 10A and an upper face part 10B being continuous with the side face part 10A and having an opened lower end. The room heater 50 and the rear side base plate 41 are stored in the cover 10 through the lower end opening. The rear side base plate 41 has an insertion port 44 for a filter F being opened toward the outside in an external edge part and allowing the filter F constituting the room heater 50 to be removed.
