<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment layer that has good alignment and high sensitivity, and also has high stability. <P>SOLUTION: In an aligning agent, a composition contains at least one polymer selected from a polyamic acid and a polyimide obtained by dehydration reaction of the polyamic acid. A ratio of the polymer on the basis of a gross quantity of a film forming constituent contained in the composition is 50-100 wt.%, and a film having a liquid crystal temperature range between 100 to 300°C is formed by deposition of the composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
