<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonographic apparatus capable of configuring an ultrasonic image by using small piezoelectric elements, even its small size, however, at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: One piezoelectric element as an ultrasonic transmitting element and one piezoelectric element as an ultrasonic receiving element are combined and used, and thus the area of the position having the probability of the presence of a reflection source R is acquired as a relative position of each piezoelectric element. Furthermore, a plurality of combinations of transmitting and receiving piezoelectric elements are adopted, and the position of each combination is acquired within the area having the probability of the presence of the reflection source R likewise, and hence the position where the reflection source R is present, and furthermore the shape of the reflection source R are calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
