<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for evaluating electronic mail (e-mail) transmission safety, which can quickly and simply confirm transmission of e-mail and can be applied regardless of the kind of a communication protocol between a mailer and a mail server. <P>SOLUTION: An e-mail evaluation processing server arranged behind the mail server includes: a means for receiving the e-mail sent from a client apparatus through the mail server and storing the received e-mail in a transmission mail information storage part; a means for analyzing and evaluating safety for transmitting the e-mail and storing evaluated result information in the transmission mail information storage part; a means for reading the evaluated result information from the sending mail information storage part and transmitting the read evaluated result information to the client apparatus without passing through the mail server; and a means for receiving information input from the client apparatus as response information to the evaluated result information, and when the input information is information indicating a transmission instruction, reading the e-mail from the transmission mail information storage part and transmitting the read e-mail according to the transmission instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
