PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional monitoring system that a communication range is not made long (wide), because the size of an antenna is limited, since an antenna part for performing transmission to and reception from the outside is also contained in an IC tag (RFID), and therefore the range enabling communication with the outside is also limited. SOLUTION: The antenna is not mounted in the IC tag, but mounted in a one-touch type band. Thereby the antenna is made large in size and, as the result, transmission and reception are performed with little power consumption.
